gratitude thursday 5/28
Well. I am safe and secure this morning after another round of shock and trauma in my community.
The apartment right next door to me—we share a landing, the very place where my neighbor died of an overdose two weeks ago, was hit by armed and masked robbers last night. A friend of my landlady was ...Read more.

Gratitude. Yes. Waking up in the morning asking to be of service. Connecting with spirit and stating my intention to be fit and strong and of service to myself, my community, my clients.
Broadcasting this intention to my twitterverse.
Life is good and full of possibility.
I am so grateful for the holiday weekend. I was lucky to ...Read more.

I’m a grateful gal. Two new coaching clients this week. So close to my goal of six; one more to go. Hmmm, time to raise the bar. Let’s see.
My goal now is to have ten full-fee paying coaching clients by the end of this year. Double happiness!
I’m grateful for fiesta standards. I am having some ...Read more.

How random. When I log into my blog-posting area, it’s auto-populated by whatever page I was last visiting. This time you were going to get a map of an address in San Francisco. Hmm, some kind of surreal art form. Maybe I’ll keep that content next time. Or not. Early morning thoughts.

A recipe for healing is a day like I had Saturday:
One part weeding, watering and picking greens in my garden

One big part walking in the surf in the late afternoon sunshine with a good friend
One part lindy hop dancing

My neighbor, Peter, was found dead by my landlady (his partner) yesterday morning. As his door is about two feet from mine, I was startled by her screams and went next door. ...Read more.

What a beautiful morning. Sunny. Cool. Sitting in my fleece and flipflops. Just watered some succulents with last night’s undrunk herbal tea. I know coffee grounds are good for plants; can’t seem to find out if herbal tea is also beneficial—guess I’m experimenting.
I’m grateful for my talk with Kat last night. Got through to Mexico ...Read more.

Monday morning. Hit the ground running. Sigh. Breathe. Hmmm, that feels good.
I’ve been off my blogging sked for a few days. Too busy! I am going to get back to basics today with a fifteen-item gratitude list. The most grounding thing I know how to do. Well, up there anyway with circling with my sisters ...Read more.
gratituesday 5/5
Oh, Cinco de Mayo. A holiday celebrating Mexico’s Battle of Puebla in 1862. Seems that Mexico was heavily in debt to the French, who decided to come in the back door through the Gulf of Mexico to collect their money by taking over the country. The Mexican army, though outclassed, resisted and won out in ...Read more.
gratitude monday 5/4
It’s Monday. I have done what I set out to do…finally did my month-end/month-beginning $ numbers. I delayed for a few days partly out of reluctance, partly out of having a really busy Beltane weekend.
I declare abundance, economic turnaround, personally, in business, in my community, in my country and throughout the planet. So mote it ...Read more.
