I have had an enormous number of wins over the past year as a direct result of my work with Sue. These successes have come from living intentionally with respect to my time and energy. It is a gift to be able to focus my life deliberately rather than squandering it. Coaching has helped me face myself honestly and make the changes I have always wanted to make.
Sue helps me hold myself accountable for my goals, reminding me of what I am aiming for. Sue does not beat around the bush, but neither is she insensitive or disrespectful. It’s such a good feeling knowing she is always on my side. From Sue, I have learned the importance of solid scheduling. I have also learned to not only think before I communicate, but also how to communicate.
When choosing a coach, I think it is worthwhile to look for someone trustworthy, whose stated values are reflected in their own life. It’s really helpful to find a coach who is forthright and competent. I’ve found that Sue embodies all of those characteristics.
